Sarah Burke Critically Injured In Training Accident

Recently Sarah Burke was critically injured while training at  Park City Mountain Resort Eagle super pipe in Utah when she hit sideways after attempting a trick.  She immediately went into cardiac arrest shortly after the accident and was resuscitated.  I believe Sarah is not the only snow sports star to face this type of injury with Kevin Pierce just now returning to riding after his injury several years ago.  Sarah is still in critical condition after surgery to repair a tear in her vertebral artery and nobody knows what damage she has sustained from the bleeding for at least a week of monitoring and tests.
